Manila City & Tagaytay Ridge Combo Tour

 

Begin the day with a drive to the picturesque city of Tagaytay, a popular tourist destination because of its cool climate and picturesque scenery.It is located on a ridge 2,250 feet above sea level, which offers a panoramic view of Taal Lake and Volcano, known for being the smallest active volcano in the world.

 

A visit to the abandoned Palace in the Sky and find what is left of the “resthouse” of the former President of the Philippines, Ferdinand Marcos. Admire breathtaking views of the lake and volcano from this wonderful vantage point.

We will drive through Makati City, known as the financial center of the Philippines as we make our way to Manila via the scenic Roxas Boulevard, one of the best locations to see the beautiful Manila Bay sunset. This tour passes through Luneta Park (also called Rizal Park), one of the most significant tourist spots located in the heart of Manila, the capital City of the Philippines. A monument enshrining the remains of the country’s national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal is the park's symbolic focal point.

 

The next place to visit is Intramuros, known as the “Walled City”. Inside the city fortress are ancient walls, church ruins and other relics of the Spanish Conquistadors era. Travel through the cobblestone streets to San Agustin Church, a Roman CatholicChurch located inside the historic Walled City of Intramuros in Manila. In 1993, San Agustin Church was one of four Philippine churches constructed during the Spanish colonial period to be designated as  a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Majestic Pagsanjan Falls from Manila

 

Embark on a full day excursion to Cavinti, an adjacent town to Pagsanjanin Laguna located two and a half hours south of Manila.
